All refund claims will be honored in accordance with the following scheme:

  • You would be eligible for a full refund (less a 10% service and processing charge) if your request for a refund was made before the delivery of the initial concept.
  • You would be eligible for a refund of 66% (less a 10% service and processing charge) if your refund request was submitted within 48 hours.
  • You would be eligible for a 33% refund (less a 10% service and processing charge) if your request for a refund is submitted within 48 to 120 hours of receiving the original design.
  • We don't accept refund requests after 120 hours of your initial design delivery, but since we aim for 100% customer satisfaction, we urge you to get in touch with us if you have any problems.
  • Please be aware that the related project will be abandoned outright and the files will be kept in an archive folder if there is no response from the client/customer for 14 days (barring any emergency, demise, or notification). A $300 re-registration fee must be paid by the client/customer in order to restart the procedure.
